Great staff, always friendly. The new doctor is full of energy and makes fun to be there. Most of the time I go to any doctor on there for 45 minutes, even an eye exam. I arrived a little early but they let me in, did their usual test and brought me to the back. He came in 5 minutes later (still before I should have arrived) hacked my eyes and I was out the door. I was there maybe 20 minutes.

They were all absolutely amazing!! I went there not knowing what to expect and they exceeded anything I could have imagined!! They genuinely cared and were all so sweet and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate all they did for me today! Going to the eye doctor for me is always so nerve racking picking a frame for my face but they made it easy which was super nice! They had a great selection of frames to choose from also which made it even easier. I love my new frames AND having a backup pair made me cry when I got to the car. Thank you!!

Dr Rose and her staff was very pleasant to my son who is autistic. They were patient and took their time. Dr Rose is soft spoken and made my son feel safe in a safe space and her staff went out of their way to also make him feel safe. And for the dog Coco we'll my son fell in love so she did her job!

This was my first time there and will not be my last. They are by far the best in town that I have been to, and the dog, who I forgot to ask about is very friendly, is adorable. Thank you for your service and I look forward to getting my glasses soon.

Rose Eye Clinic is well staffed with fantastic employees who are serious and professional, yet warm and friendly, who obviously care very much about the well-being of their clients, as well as each other in that office. Our experiences here have always been positive. Dr. Rose is an absolute master of her craft, and I trust her fully with the care of my 12 year old daughter. The person who helped my daughter pick out her frames was amazingly patient and kind. I highly recommend these folks for assisting with family eye care needs.

This is my most favorite eye doctor and eye clinic ever. Dr Bailey is thorough, professional and solved an eye problem I’ve been having in a way no doctor has done yet. I’m so thankful. But also, the nurse who brings you back and performs the eye tests is equally as kind and friendly as the nurse who orders your lenses. The entire office feels joyful and friendly and you’re immediately at ease. Thanks, y’all!

We had a great experience. The staff was attentive and kind. Dr. Rose was very knowledgeable and although my little girl wouldn’t allow her to examine her eyes (she’s 6 and was fearful) she took the time to talk with me and answered any questions I had. We will definitely be back to see Dr. Rose next year!
