"Hello and thank you for visiting our page! I am Dr. Bailey, the nearly fearless leader (no heights please), owner and optometrist of Verdant Vision Center. I have been practicing since 2015 after completing studies at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR followed by Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. I am a born and raised Arkansan that has made it back home after 10 years in Austin, TX. I believe vision and comfort goes beyond 20/20 so it is my joy to provide thorough eye exams that review prescription, vision, binocular vision and how the eyes move. My emphasis includes pediatric vision, vision therapy and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation. Outside of the office, my partner and I enjoy our numerous houseplants, three cats, three dogs and all things fantasy. Fun fact: I sew all my ren faire costumes from scratch."
"Hi! I'm Samantha. I have been an optician for 10 years and my love of helping patients find the perfect frame grows with every exciting new pair! When I'm not in the optical, you'll find me at home with my daughter, fiance, our two dogs, Mia and Cinnamon and my leopard gecko, Bowser. I enjoy reading, adding "just one more" plant to my collection and wishing every day looking like a rainy October afternoon. In the cooler months, you can find us out on Lake Ouachita or any of the surrounding national parks.
Fun facts: I am a baker in my spare time, I read an average of 60-80 books a year and I can help you choose between dozens of frame styles in a few minutes but it takes me three business days to decide what I want for dinner."
"My name is Pattie. I am the insurance specialist here at Verdant Vision. I am originally from southern California where I was born and raised. I spent 15+ years in Environmental Construction and Bookkeeping. I later moved to Hot Springs to raise my son, my daughter and two cats. In my free time I love to watch Big Bang Theory, Friends and Spongebob Squarepants. I am in involved with Special Olympics with my son and love reading, painting and woodworking. Outside the clinic, I stay active in the community. My hobbies are reading, photography, collecting stamps and growing a wide variety of plants. I love trees and olive is my favorite color. I live with my daughter, husband, dog and bunny. Fun fact: My bunny is named Clover and he is litter box trained and lives in the house with us!"
